I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing and production time for your order to be shipped.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
US orders will be shipped via USPS and FedEx, and international orders will be shipped based on the fulfillment center where the product is located.
Average shipping time for US shipments: 5 - 7 business days
Average shipping time to international flights: 10 - 25 business days
Some uncontrollable circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) may cause shipment delays. While most packages arrive on time, our carriers may experience some situations and delays. Therefore, we do not guarantee accurate delivery times; shipping issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking is available once the product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from a different fulfillment center around the world because our product research team takes the time to find quality and affordable products.

When you receive your tracking number, you can go here if you need help tracking your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of creating it for the cancellation to take effect. If the item has shipped, please email foxy.official.store@gmail.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject "Cancel".

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If your address is misspelled or auto-filled incorrectly, reply to your order confirmation email and provide us with the correct information. Please notify us immediately via email: foxy.official.store@gmail.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct it within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We ship each item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that approximately 1 in 1,000 products arrive damaged due to poor postal service.

If this happens to you, don't hesitate to get in touch with us via:
- Your order number.
- Pictures of damaged products.
Once received, we will happily send another copy free of charge.

Helpful Hint:
1. Generally, local senders will deliver packages on working days (Monday to Friday). To ensure that your package is delivered safely, it is best to choose an address where the package can be received on working days as the shipping address. It's best to keep your cell phone open during the ETA as the shipper may contact you by phone.
2. The shipping service we use requires a customer signature for successful delivery. Therefore, please ensure that you or your authorized person are at the delivery address. If we ship to your delivery address with signed documentation, we are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen.

The following conditions will be borne by the buyer:
1. If there is a customs duty in the recipient's country, the customs duty will be paid by the buyer.
2. The buyer will bear the costs incurred due to the buyer delaying delivery or changing the address.
3. If the order is canceled midway due to the buyer's reasons, or the goods are returned, the buyer will be responsible for this part of the cost.
